("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or licensors. This agreement governs your access to and use of the https://coincalcs.com website, along with related platforms, mobile applications, and other services (collectively referred to as the “Site”). By accessing, downloading, using, or agreeing to any services offered by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Site immediately.

   CoinCalcs serves as an intermediary platform connecting users to the world of cryptocurrencies. Users can link their wallets and exchanges to CoinCalcs to track their crypto holdings in one place. CoinCalcs does not facilitate the direct purchase, sale, or exchange of cryptocurrencies. It serves only as an intermediary providing access to cryptocurrency-related activities.

   The services offered by CoinCalcs do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
   
   

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
   Unless otherwise specified, all content on the Site, including source code, databases, software, designs, graphics, and trademarks (collectively, “Content” and “Marks”), is the property of CoinCalcs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. 7. FREE TRIAL
   A free trial is available to new users who register on CoinCalcs. After the trial period ends, your chosen subscription plan will be billed or canceled.

8. CANCELLATION

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
   You agree not to:

• Use the Site for commercial purposes without explicit approval.

• Create or compile data from the Site without written consent.

• Mislead or deceive others, especially regarding account information.
